幼儿园的食品安全，事关幼儿的健康成长，也最让家长关心。今天，新北区市场监督管理局对我园食品卫生工作进行例项检查。

Parents are often concerned for the health and safety of their children. Food safety is no exception. To ensure that hygiene and food safety measures are up to date, members of the Xinbei food safety administration came to inspect the kindergarten.

检查组在胡园长的陪同下，看现场、查资料，重点对我园食堂食品原料的采购、验收、保管、加工、储存、烹饪、留样、台帐、从业人员健康体检等情况进行了认真细致的检查。

The inspection team, accompanied by Director Hu, looked at the work area, food storage and inventory. They examined the purchase, processing, and delivery system for the food. They also checked the kitchen and storage areas, in order to see how food is produced at the school.

检查组对幼儿园高度重视食品安全管理的工作成绩给予了肯定，我园会继续完善幼儿园的各项食品安全卫生工作，严格各操作流程，确保食堂食品卫生安全，为幼儿营造一个安全、快乐、健康的环境。

The inspection team provided praise for the work that the kindergarten put into their food safety and hygiene practices. We will also work to continue to improve me our hygiene and food practices at the kindergarten. All of which are implemented to ensure the highest and safest quality of life for the children at the kindergarten.
