木工能够培养孩子创造能力和工匠精神，提升美学素养。同时孩子的身体和心灵在木工活动中得到释放，锻炼他们的意志力，培养相互协作的精神。今年，我园引进了木工坊课程，让我们一起来看看小小工匠们的精彩表现。

Woodworking skills can cultivate children's abilities to build and create new and beautiful things. Woodworking skills also connect our minds and bodies, through practice of fine-motor skills. This year we introduced these new skills. Let’s take a look at the creativity of the children!

宝贝们选择了大小不同、形状各异的材料，商量着制作他们向往的作品。木工游戏给孩子们的想象插上了翅膀，让孩子们获得收获成果的喜悦和满足。

The children can chose materials of different sizes and shapes to discuss what they want to make. This new activity has given children wings to their imagination, while also allowing them to enjoy the rewards of finishing their own wood works of art.

木工坊的开放，让孩子们充分体验到了动手、动脑和自由制作的乐趣，在在自由、宽松的气氛中主动探索、学习。孩子们在这里玩得流连忘返，木工坊已经成为孩子们的又一新乐园。

With the woodworking shop open we can let the children experience hands-on work, planning, and production. All of which is done in a free and relaxed learning atmosphere. The children linger here and there, exploring this new word for building and expressing ideas.
