我园一直以来对老师们综合素质要求很高，吹拉弹唱、手工教学，样样精通。定岗定薪考核制度作为总结教师阶段性学习的手段，对教师的快速提高与成长起到了积极的促进作用。今年，宋庆龄国际幼儿园常州园亲子课堂体验——亲子临摹名师画作为教师的定岗定薪考核之一，我园于今天邀请专家评委、姐妹园名师进行现场考评。

Our school has high requirements for teachers' overall skills, including singing, dancing, and other artistic pursuits. The fixed salary assessment system as a means of summarizing the teachers' efficacy has played a positive role in the growth of our teachers. This year, Soong Ching Ling International Kindergarten Changzhou’s salary assessment project was a replication of a famous painting. Today, we invited judges for an on-site assessment of these paintings.

家长和我们可爱的小精灵们进行了丰富多彩的名师临摹绘画，家长也和孩子们一起用画笔，创作了一幅幅生动有趣的作品。

此次考核，每位教师随机抽取三幅作品供于考评。

本次考核让老师们的创意、审美能力及绘画技能得到了提高，为教师们搭建了感受美、表现美的舞台，创设了施展才华的机会，让全园幼儿与家长体验到了美术创作的快乐，同时也进一步提高了教师的专业技能，形成了园内教师队伍勤奋好学、奋发向上的良好氛围。

This activity improved the teachers’ creativity, aesthetic appreciation, and painting skills.
