2018年5月21日上午，我园迎来了学前教育专业的见习学生。他们将作为见习教师，在我园骨干教师的引领下，全方位熟悉和掌握幼儿保教工作，在实践中提升专业技能。

On the morning of May 21, 2018, our school welcomed Preschool Education students from a local university. They will serve as trainee teachers and, under the guidance of our teachers, become familiar with and master all aspects of infant care and education.

首先，我园胡园长对见习生们的到来表示欢迎，随后，胡园长从教育教学、我园特色、环境、班级管理等方面，向见习教师们展示我园的教学理念、教学方法、规范的一日生活组织等，使她们能获得更多书本以外的知识，丰富实践经验。同时，也为她们提供良好的学习、实践的机会，以规范、专业的示范引领学生，使其见有所得，学有所长。同时我园园长也对见习教师提出了殷切希望，争取在有限的见习时间里，努力提高自身的教学技能，丰富实践经验，为日后的职业生涯做好充分的准备。 

First, Director Hu welcomed the arrival of the trainees. Director Hu shared the teaching philosophy, teaching methods, and procedures of our school, focusing on teaching methods, environment, and class management. Immersion in the preschool setting allows the university students to have a better understanding of the teaching position. Director Hu also expressed ardent hopes for the students, striving to improve their teaching skills, provide them with practical experience, and make full preparations for their future career over the next two weeks.

见习教师们分别到各个班级熟悉幼儿园的整体环境，体验幼儿园的一日活动，并与带班教师进行了深入、细致的交流和学习。为了更好的发挥示范作用，加深见习教师对于幼儿园课程教学的认识，我园老师们在课前精心准备，课上耐心讲解，课后总结评价，使教学活动更加精彩。 

The trainee teachers visited each class to familiarize themselves with the kindergarten's overall environment, experience the daily activities of the kindergarten, and communicate with the teachers of the class. In order to best demonstrate what it means to be a preschool teacher, SCL teachers prepared for the trainee teachers, ensured an exciting classroom environment and explaining carefully the role of the interns to the children. 

宋幼以宽松的氛围搭建学习平台，让见习教师能更好的把自己在学校里所学的理论知识与教育实际工作相结合，真正走进孩子的世界，从我园起航，早日成为一名优秀的幼儿教师乘着幼教的春风踏歌而行。 

Soong Ching Ling establishes a learning platform in a relaxing environment so that trainee teachers can better integrate the theoretical knowledge they have learned in school with the practical work of education. They really walk into the world of their children, set sail from our garden, and become an excellent preschool teachers, riding on the spring breeze of preschool education.
