本次考核内容包括岗位述职、特长展示、现场答辩和教学技能四项,教师们的精心准备,考核过程中的精彩表现,展现了新教师们踏实能干、积极进取的精神气质。
The content of the assessment includes awritten teaching summary, classroom displays, and mock classes. The teacher’smeticulous preparation and the successful performance demonstrates thepractical and enterprising ethos of the new teachers.
这样的考核活动不仅更新了新教师的教育理念,提升了教育技能,丰富了她们的教育经验、也为新教师搭建了相互学习、共同成长的平台,为新教师早日成为一名优秀的幼儿园教师打下良好的基础。
