为了开发和挖掘每个孩子自己的特点和自身禀赋,我园科学探索室在不断的发展和改进中,形成了“以幼儿为中心,以游戏为基本活动”的教学理念,通过玩中学、玩具、趣味活动等引起孩子们兴趣的方式,让孩子们在快乐中主动的接受科技启蒙知识,能够在其中找到自己的“精神家园”。
Today, our students enjoyed playtime in the Science and Discovery Room at Soong Ching Ling International Kindergarten. Following our teaching philosophy, learning by play, our students enjoy regular play time. Play time allows teachers to understand and help develop each individual child’s strengths. The toys and play stations of the Science and Discovery Room arouse the children’s interests so that they may actively embrace science and technology enlightenment.
孩子们每次进行科探活动都特别兴奋,一个个瞪大了好奇的眼睛,瞧瞧这里,看看哪里;自己动手研究探索。我们幼儿园科探室课程内容涵盖物质世界、生命科学、地球与空间、技术等领域,并相应的从幼儿生活和感兴趣的事物中选择了多个科学项目。平时,老师也结合课程、教学PPT引领孩子们逐步进行操作、思考、交流、梳理等活动,帮助幼儿观察和认识身边的物质世界、生物世界、技术世界,以及虽然遥远但是充满兴趣的地球和宇宙,体会科学在生活中的应用,使幼儿感到科学就在身边。
The children are particularly excited to participate in science-based activities. They are curious children, and use all their senses to take in the activity — looking carefully with their eyes, touching delicately with their hands. Our course content covers the physical world, life sciences, earth and space, technology, and other fields, and we select scientific projects relevant to our student’s interests and daily life. Teachers will use PPT to guide children to gradually observer, critique, communicate, and sort the world around them.

Soong Ching Ling seeks to provide a well-rounded education that engages and excites our children. Play-based learning helps our children study in a relaxed environment with fun games that will actively construct preliminary knowledge and useful experience before primary school.
