陶行知说过：“学高为师，德高为范”。教师作为人类灵魂的工程师，不仅要教好人，还要育好人。教育是一份有爱的工作，幼教老师更是一份有情怀的职业。为了不断规范和提高老师们的师德师风和思想觉悟,让我们的老师深刻地认识幼教这个职业，找到幼师自我的价值感和成就感。我园于2018年4月2日，组织全体教职工相聚在一起，开展了“师德师风”培训活动。 

 Teachers must not only teach students how to be good students but good people as well. Education is a loving work, and preschool teachers are especially important in this understanding. In order to continuously standardize and improve the teacher's morality and ideological awareness, our teachers must understand the importance they hold in a young person’s life. On April 2, 2018, our school organized all the faculty and staff to participate in a lesson about the morality of teaching. 

会议中，通过集体学习、互动交流、网上问卷现场考评、教师签订师德师风承诺书等，让教师们再次明确了自己行为职责，系统的把握应该做什么、不能做什么。

Through collective learning, interactive exchanges, online questionnaires, and on-site assessments, the teachers once again clearly defined their own behavioral responsibilities in an attempt to understand what they should do and what they should not do as preschool teachers.

本次师德师风培训活动的开展，教师们纷纷表示会继续认真做好自己的本职工作，一如既往地爱我们的孩子，让宋幼的宝贝们在大爱中成长。 

With the development of the teacher-ethics training program, teachers have expressed that they will continue to practice as teachers under the highest ethical standards.
