今天上午，新北区市场质量监督局的工作人员来到宋庆龄国际幼儿园常州园，对新学期食品卫生安全工作进行例项检查。

This morning,the staff of Quality Supervision Bureau came to Soong Ching Ling International Kindergarten, conducted an inspection on the food hygiene and safety ofthe new semester.

本次检查组通过查阅资料、随机提问、现场查看等方式重点对幼儿园的食堂环境卫生、餐具消毒柜、食品留样、相关管理制度及台账等方面，进行逐项严格检查，并细致查看了食堂仓库食品管理情况。

The inspection team through the access to information, random questions, on-site view of the focus on the kindergarten canteen sanitation, tableware disinfection cabinet, food samples, the relevant management system and accounting and so on, one by one rigorous examination and detailed view canteen warehouse food management.

检查过程中，检查组人员不时与我园常医生交谈了解日常食堂的管理模式。检查组对我园食堂在日常管理、硬件设施设备、食品卫生安全意识和制度落实等方面给予了充分肯定。

The inspection team fully affirmed the canteen’s daily management, hardware facilities and equipment, food hygiene and safety awareness and the implementation of the system.

我园将继续严格按照上级要求认真细致地做好各项工作，确保食堂食品卫生安全工作万无一失，保障各方面工作的顺利开展。

The kindergarten will continue to be strict in accordance with the requirements of the higher authorities carefully and meticulously do a good job in all aspects to ensure food safety and health work in the canteen foolproof to ensure the smooth progress of all aspects of work.
