幼儿园的点滴成功都离不开后勤人员的辛勤汗水，同时后勤工作的发展需要不断地交流学习，总结反思，这样才能更快更好地提高后勤队伍的综合素质。1月23日，宋庆龄国际幼儿园常州园举行后勤人员工作总结会议，让后勤人员在轻松愉快的氛围中交流，彼此提高。

Owing to the hard working teaching associates, SCL kindergarten has made a great success.Today they had a meeting to summarize the1^st term in order to improve communication.

首先，常医生和凌老师分别回顾了本学期幼儿园后勤条线的各项工作，感谢后勤人员的无私付出， 大家畅所欲言，谈自己在工作过程中的措施、体会、感触，总结了一学期以来个人保育工作、食堂工作的感悟、安全卫生培训的收获，以及业务知识学习的感受和体会。

Firstly, Doctor Chang and Teacher Ling reviewed the work of the 1st term andshowed their gratitude to the hard working teaching associates. 

后勤人员认真聆听他人的小结和经验之谈，反思自身的不足，大家在交流中相互学习、分享，也在讨论、分析、学习、反思的过程中，找到了今后努力的方向，达到共同提高的效果。

The purpose of the meeting was to help the associates find directionin the following term and improve themselves.

全体后勤人员表示，在接下来的工作中，将会以高标准严要求，以更加饱满的热情、奋发的精神，团结一致，将幼儿园的后勤工作推向一个新的台阶，全心全意为幼儿服务。

All of the teaching associates argued that they should approach their work with enthusiasm in thenew term .They also pledged to work together to serve the kids wholeheartedly.
