幼儿园班主任是幼儿的组织者，既担负着教育教学工作，又管理着幼儿日常所有琐碎事务。不仅是幼儿园教育精神的直接体现者，也是幼儿园教育工作的直接实施者。今天宋庆龄国际幼儿园开展了班主任工作经验交流会。

The Head teachers are the leaders of their respectful classrooms。 They are responsible for many things as the children's schedule, Daily logs , corporate with other teachers and many other things。Today we had a meeting summarizing the 1st Term， in order to have better communication。

各班班主任围绕班级管理、常规培养、安全卫生、家长工作等方面进行了有条理的分析与总结，着重介绍管理班级的好办法。

Every Head Teacher gave thier ideas and thoughts about how to manage the classrooms。They also gave ideas on how to adjust to different children's learning styles and how to communicate to the parents。

在各位班主任分享成功经验的同时，班主任也对自己的班级管理进行了深刻的反思，真诚地提出自己工作中存在的不足以及今后努力的方向。

Not only did the Head Teachers give thier advice but also thier reflections。They also gave thier targets for next term。

此次班主任工作经验交流是一次思想的碰撞，是优秀经验的分享，为各班主任今后更好地开展班级工作提供了取长补短的平台，相信通过这样的经验交流，一定能使我园今后的班级工作更加扎实有效。
