根据国务院教育督导委员会办公室和省教育厅《关于开展幼儿园规范办园行为专项督导检查的紧急通知》文件精神，2017年12月18日下午，江苏省教育厅督导组一行领导对我园规范办园行为进行专项督查。

This afternoon, the State Council Education Steering Committee Office and the Provincial Department of Education inspected SCL Kindergarten. 

首先，胡园长陪同督导组领导参观了我园环境，详细介绍了我园的安全保障机制、师风师德管理制度，还就我园办园理念和办园目标以及未来发展方向进行了交流。

Director Hu accompanied the leaders on a tour of the kindergarten — they discussed kindergarten security and management, and advised about future improvements.

随后督查组领导实地查看了幼儿园安全保障工作和日常保教工作。督查组对我园安全工作给予了肯定，认为我园一日工作督查制度完善，突发事故应急处理问责机制落实到位。督导组领导高度评价了我园落实安全工作职责，实施精细化工作方式和扁平化行政管理的模式，认为我园严格常态化管理机制，做好一日三巡视，能深入到班级观察，并了解老师的一日工作流程，对园内教师、保育员等更方面人员和工作情况做到了全方位了解和掌控。

The inspection team spoke highly of the safety and efficiency of our campus. They conducted a three-day inspection to fully experience all processes of the kindergarten, from teaching to healthcare. Inspectorate leaders also learned that SCL teachers are frequently inspected to make sure their classrooms are running as efficiently as possible.

督导组领导对幼儿园食堂、消防和幼儿教室以及各个活动室进行实地查看和指导。赞赏了我园的安全管理和风险管控机制，对我园视频监控、电子围栏、掌静脉系统等技术手段监管形式给予认可，认为我园已经形成了常态化监管工作机制。

The steering group leaders conducted field visits to kindergarten canteens, classrooms, and various activity rooms. The leaders appreciated the safety management and risk control mechanisms and technology such as video surveillance, the electronic fence, and palm vein system.

督察组领导还了解了我园教师持证上岗和师德师风建设情况，对我园高度重视师风师德建设，每周定期督查教师师风师德等情况给予肯定。

 The leaders of the supervision group also learned about the situation of our kindergarten teachers holding certificates and building their ethics, and affirmed the fact that our kindergarten attaches great importance to the construction of teachers' conduct and ethics, and regularly inspects the teachers' conduct and ethics every week.

督导结束后，督查组领导向幼儿园进行了反馈，对我园规范办园、科学育儿的落实情况给予了充分肯定和高度评价。我园将以此次督查为契机，进一步加强安全管理、师风师德建设工作，让幼儿在自主、愉快的环境中健康成长。

After the supervision, the leaders of the inspection team spoke highly of the implementation of the kindergarten’s various systems. SCL will take this inspection as an opportunity to further strengthen safety management and student learning, so that our children will grow to be independent and healthy in a pleasant environment.
