为了进一步提升教师的专业素质，提高教师的业务技能，加快教师专业成长的步伐，今天，我园组织了新教师定岗定薪考核活动。本次活动，教师们准备充分，让我们来一睹他们的风采吧！

In order to further improve the professional quality of teachers, improve teachers’ communication skills and speed up the pace of professional growth the kindergarten held new teacher assessments today. Let's have a look!

本次考核内容包括岗位述职、特长展示、现场答辩和教学技能四项，教师们的精心准备，考核过程中的精彩表现，展现了新教师们踏实能干、积极进取的精神气质。

This assessment includes job debriefing, specialty display, on-site defense and teaching skills.  Four teachers gave well prepared lessons. The assessment process of them showed that the new teachers were pragmatic, positive and enthusiastic. 

此次考核，不仅给教师提供了一个展示自我的机会，更是一次互相学习和提升的机会，对教师的个人成长和业务素质的提高起到了积极的作用。

This assessment not only provides a chance for teachers to show themselves, but also a chance to learn from each other and improve their personal growth and special qualities.
