为了进一步提高教育教学质量，促进幼儿园规范办园、科学保教工作，确保幼儿园各项工作稳定扎实推进，2017年11月7日上午，新北区教育局保教督察组对我园进行幼儿保教管理水平专项督查。

In order to further improve the quality of education and teaching, and promote the standardization of the kindergarten. November 7th, 2017, Xinbei Social Affairs Bureau leaders came to the kindergarten for  a management supervision check.

我园胡园长先后就推进校园文化建设，共建师幼精神家园，完善管理制度，提高管理效能，优化师资队伍建设、优化课程实施、提升保教质量，规范后勤管理，做好后勤保障，有效家园互动、加强安全工作，树立安全意识及展望未来等方面向保教督导组作了细致详尽的汇报。

Director Hu successively promoted the construction of campus culture, built the spiritual home of teachers and children, improved the management system, improved the management efficiency, optimized the construction of the teaching staff, optimized the implementation of the curriculum, improved the quality of education and teaching, standardized logistical management, and ensured logistical support. The school also made detailed and detailed briefings to the group of leaders on issues as the interaction with their homeland, strengthening of safety work, building of safety awareness and looking forward to the future.

访谈中显态度。保教督察组抽取部分教师进行访谈。针对督察组提问的“特色教研活动”、“园本课题研究”、课程游戏化建设”以及“家长工作方面”等问题，我园教师积极回应，热情畅谈，与专项督查组进行了亲切的互动。

Leaders of the bureau   extracted some teachers to interview them. In response to questions raised by the Inspectorate on issues such as "Characteristic Teaching and Research Activities", "Research on Garden-based Subjects," "Ramifications of Curriculums," and "Parental Work", the teachers in the Park responded enthusiastically and talked warmly and cordially with special inspection teams .

管理中显成效。保教督察组听取了不同年龄段孩子不同科目的教学活动，并就教学活动各项策略给予老师们宝贵的意见。保教督查组还参观了孩子们自主、自由、愉悦、创造性的户外游戏。Management was effective. The special inspection team listened to the teaching activities of different subjects of children of different ages and gave valuable advice to teachers on various strategies of teaching activities. Special inspection team also visited the children's autonomy, freedom, pleasure, creative outdoor games.

最后汇总反馈，保教督察组为我园的日后课程研究及课程游戏化推进建设给予了宝贵的意见和建议。保教督查组一致认为我园计划制定的务实有效，师资办园水平整体素质高，管理规范，分工明确，整个团队积极向上，温馨和谐。安全管理有保障，并渗透在幼儿一日生活、学习中。在课程游戏化的指引下体现精准文化多元的教育教学。家园互动，合作成效显著。办出了民办幼儿园的特色，促进幼儿园全方位、高水平发展。

Finally, the feedback is summarized. The special inspection team has given valuable comments and suggestions for the future study of our park and the construction of the curriculum promotion.

The special inspection team unanimously believed that the plan of our park was pragmatic and effective, and the overall quality of teachers' office park was high. The management was standardized and the division of labor was clear. The entire team was positive and warm and harmonious. Safe management is safeguarded and infiltrated into the daily life and learning of young children. The characteristics of private kindergartens were established to promote the all-round high-level development of kindergartens.

本次活动，既是一次督查，也是一次互相交流、学习的好机会。我园将以此为契机取长补短，促进保教质量再上新台阶，向更具个性、特性、张力的特色园成长！
