新学期、新标准、新起点、新希望，为了进一步规范幼儿园的保教管理，提高幼儿园的办园质量，8月18日上午，宋庆龄国际幼儿园幼儿园全体教职工召开了新学期开学工作会议。全面部署了新学期幼儿园的各项工作。

The holidays will soon be over and we will begin a new term at SCL International Kindergarten. With a new term we have new goals and new expectations.  Today at the kindergarten we had our new term meeting with all the teachers and other staff.

首先，胡园长为大家介绍了本学期加入的新成员，并对新教师寄语新期望，接着,胡园长针对本学期的工作重点进行了详细的布置。从指导思想、工作目标、工作措施三方面阐述了新学期工作意见。随后各行政部门对各岗位工作人员作了具体安排，使全体教职工明确了新学期的工作重点与要求。

新学期，新气象，新要求！幼儿园每一位教职工将从自身的工作岗位做起，自觉执行幼儿园一日活动常规，提高工作质量，为实现让每一个孩子健康快乐地成长而努力！

New semester, new weather, new requirements!Teachers will start from their  jobs, consciously perform regular kindergarten day activities, improve the quality of work, to let every child and strive to grow healthy and happy!
