新教师是幼教队伍中的新鲜血液，为了切实加强新任教师培训工作，使新教师们能在较短的时间内更加系统的熟悉幼儿园各项教学常规，进一步提高新教师的业务技能成为一名合格的幼儿教师，8月17日上午，我园在多媒体教室举行2017年新教师岗前培训会。
This morning at the kindergarten a new teacher training seminar was held. Some new teachers have joined our kindergarten today and with it comes new teacher training! The new teachers will be more familiar with the kindergarten's practices and rules.
会议在胡园长热烈而温馨的欢迎词中拉开了序幕，园长不仅对全体新员工的到来表示诚挚的欢迎，还对每位新员工提出了殷切的期望，培训内容包括我园办园理念、后勤制度、保健知识、规章与考勤、考核制度，保教工作一日流程、班级管理与环境创设、台账管理等内容，新教师们积极参与、认真倾听、交流。
The meeting was kicked off with warm greetings by our director Emily Hu. She gave a sincere welcome and gave her expectations of new staff.
针对新教师培训下午我园对新教师进行了入职培训考试，进一步提升新教师的师德修养，专业技能。
The training included : logistics system, health management knowledge , rules and attendance , assessment systems , day to day work , class management ,environment creation and account management.
此次考核，不仅给教师提供了一个自我展示的机会，更是一次检验自身素质和互相学习、提升的机会，达到了促进教师共同成长的目的，对教师的个人业务素质发展起到了非常积极的促进作用。
This training will further enhance the new teachers morals and professional skills . This assessment will not only help the new teachers with their new environment but help promote common growth of the teachers .
