清明时节
尊敬的家长： 您好！我们即将迎来我国民间重要的传统节日——清明节，清明节又叫踏青节。为了让孩子们度过一个充实、平安的假期，现将放假时间及注意事项通知如下，敬请家长配合，做好孩子的监护、教育工作。放假时间为：4月2日--4月4日共3天。4月1日（星期六）正常来园上课。
Dear parents：Next week is Qing Ming Festival.It is a major Chinese traditionalFestival.We also call it TaQing festival .Here are our holiday arrangments：the holidays are three days(4.2—4.4）,This Saturday we will have classes！
扫墓祭祖：中国历史上，清明时节寒食禁火，祭奠先人。唐朝之后，寒食节逐渐式微，于是清明节扫墓祭祖，缅怀先辈成了此后持续不断的节俗传统。 The major custom in Qingming Festival is tomb sweeping.It is a period to honour and to pay respect to one's deceased ancestors and family members. 踏青也叫春游，古代叫探春、寻春。其含义，就是脚踏青草，在郊野游玩，观赏春色。 Qing Ming also called spring tour.It is a good time for a picnic. In China ， people maintain the Qingming outing traditions. 清明节是杨柳发芽抽绿的时间，民间有折柳、戴柳、插柳的习俗。据说柳枝具有辟邪祈福辟邪之效。 The willow is believed to have miraculous powers against evil. During the Qingming Festival, willow branches are hung on door fronts and used to sweep the tombs. 放风筝是清明节人们最喜爱的活动之一。古人相信将风筝在空中放飞，拉线剪断，疾病灾难便会随着风筝一起飞走。 Flying kites is an activity favored by many people during the Qingming Festival.It is said that people cut the string while the kite is in the sky will bring good luck and that diseases can be eliminated by doing this. 春季正值手足口等传染病高发季节，家长应尽量少带孩子到拥挤的公共场所，减少被传染的机会。 加强外出安全教育。孩子走亲访友、外出旅游等一定要有成人监护与照顾，遵守交通规则，以防走失。 2. Parents take care and watch your children carefully。 Don't leave them alone。 教给孩子必要的安全常识，知道不玩火、玩水、触摸插座、煤气开关等。 3. Don't play with fire！Don't wander into unknown waters。 Don't play with power outlets。 带孩子外出适度活动，锻炼身体，增强体质，提高抗病能力。 4. Lastly remember to keep fit and maintain fitness！ Our health is important！
