本着“三大一实干”的宗旨：大讨论、大走访、大转变、实干为民。“三大一实干”的活动是贯彻落实省市党代会的重要抓手；是深化“两学一做”教育的有效途径；是推动常州新一轮改革发展的现实需要。

3月22日上午，由李书记带领“三大一实干”一行人走进宋幼，进行走访，胡园长热情的迎接各位领导。

在胡园长的陪同下，李书记一行人视察了宋幼的校园环境，深入本园的操场、活动室、多功能室等各类活动场地，了解幼儿园整体面貌。领导们并对整洁的园所环境、师生们有序的活动表示肯定。

Accompanied by director Hu, secretary Lee visited the kindergaten and monitored the enviroment of the playground, activity rooms, multi-function rooms, and other places in the kindergarten.

李书记一行人与胡园长面对面的交流，胡园长并对关于园所建设及实施状况、办园理念及宗旨、教学活动开展情况等方面情况进行了汇报。李书记一行人认为宋幼工作扎实细致，校园环境处处体现幼儿为本理念，营造了温馨有爱的校园氛围。

Director Hu sat with government officials to report on the kindergarten theory, teaching activities, and the structure of the kindergarten. Secretary Lee gave a high evaluation for the the environment, and the theories in relation to taking care of the kids.

相信在“三大一实干”活动的落实过程中，宋幼教职工的热情和干劲会得到进一步激发，园所的教育教学会得到进一步发展，宝贝们一定会在宋幼这个大家庭茁壮成长。
