幼儿园之间的相互交流是一个知识共享，经验共享的重要平台。3月16日，山东幼教专家一行6人，来到宋庆龄国际幼儿园常州园进行参观交流，旨在建立园所之间相互学习、交流经验、教育探讨、分享经验等，我园胡园长热情接待了来访专家团。

Today we welcomed some principals from Shandong Province。Director Hu met with them and showed them our kindergarten。

在胡园长的陪同下，专家团成员参观了我园整体环境，各功能室、详细了解了我园各楼层蕴含的不同的内涵文化。我园优美的环境氛围、齐全的功能区室配置、良好的教师精神风貌、幼儿快乐的状态给专家们们留下了深刻的印象并给予了高度的评价，一致认为宋幼的教育全面、细致，不仅具有系统的教育理论，更真正的做到了将理念融入到了实践当中。

They were given a tour and checked out all the multi-function rooms。They all praised our kindergarten and said it is a very modern with a great curriculum system。

参观之后，胡园长向各位到访的专家做了全方位的幼儿园介绍，并从办园理念、师资培训、课程建设、家园合作等方面，与各位园长进行了深入的交流，互动氛围轻松、和谐。

After touring the kindergarten the principals talked with Director Hu and asked about some details about the themes，teachers training，activities ， etc。

通过此次参观学习，促进了教育教学理念的相互沟通和交流，同时也更好地促进了两地幼儿园之间的相互学习，对幼儿园今后的发展产生良好的促进作用。下一步我们会与更多的知名园所联谊，向国内外先进园所取经，创造更美好的明天。

From this meeting we learned  about differences and similarites of other kindegarten education systems。

We believe from this collaboration that it will make our kindergarten better。
