为了进一步提高教师的业务技能，提升教师的专业素质，加快教师专业成长的步伐,近日，我园组织了新教师进行了定岗定薪考核活动。

Today in our kindergarten we held new teacher assessments in order to improve the teachers' skills and attributes。

本次考核内容分为岗位述职、现场答辩、特长展示、教学技能这四项，教师们在考核前做好了充分的准备，想把自己最好的状态表现出来。快让我们一起看看老师们的精彩瞬间吧！

This assessment included 4 parts： Self evaluation， talent skills，competitive examination and teaching skills。 Let's have a look at the performance of the performance of the teachers。

此次考核，不仅给教师提供了一个自我展示的机会，更是一次检验自身素质和互相学习、提升的机会，达到了促进教师共同成长的目的，对教师的个人业务素质发展起到了非常积极的促进作用。

This assessment gave teachers an opportunity to think and learn。 We will constantly strive to practice basic skills of teachers which  will make them better and better！
