教研—《谈幼儿的自我服务与集体服务》

      幼儿园中,每天都会遇到一些诸如早晨要幼儿独立入园、自己的物品尝试自己拿、饭前有洗手、材料用完要收拾之类及其实际的生活问题。

      从当下很多教育工作者经验看,或许认为这些过于琐碎了,或者都称不上潜意识的教育问题。但课程游戏化推进的过程中,我们越发坚持认为,必须对此始终如一的给予尊重,很多幼儿园并为此不惜花费很多时间,不断在的在研究何谓“一日生活皆课程”,在探索自我服务以及为集体服务为幼儿带来的到底是怎样的发展……

      今日中午,宋庆龄国际幼儿园常州园的全体教师集聚多功能厅一起聚焦生活服务——《谈幼儿的自我服务与集体服务》 ,展开了一番研讨,期间,老师们就班级自身实际问题结合经验款款而谈。

In the kindergarten there are daily procedures that we follow. There range from entering the kindergarten independently, taking care of our belongings, washing our hands before meals, etc.

Some people consider these trivial and not essential to curriculum.  But when we consider day to day tasks that children do, we should consider that these may be vital to a child’s education. As we progress forward as educators we see the importance of this. Many kindergartens spend long and adequate time on “life curriculum”. Putting emphasis on independence and development helps our children.

At noon today, all teachers of Song Ching Ling International Kindergarten gathered to discuss this methodology.

Process:

On children’s self-care and teacher’s care; there was a discussion during which the teachers talked about the actual situations and experiences in the classroom. What is the definition of "care" in this instance?

We discussed ways children can learn “Self-care”, and how we can teach children life skills to help them care for themselves.

养兴趣,发展幼儿的主动性、创造性,使幼儿手脑并用,并利用环境、资源以及场地支持来积极诱导幼儿,关注其个体差异,重视幼儿能力的迁移与学习品质的孕育。

Through this process, student can learn in a fun and engaging game based environment. They can learn appropriate skills that range from level, activity, and creativity. Using the environment around us we can also address teaching to meet children’s interests and needs. With these in mind, children can develop and grow at their own pace to meet the goals set for them.  The process help s children and teachers to work and grow together.

 教研的过程,是一个逻辑性较强的分析、思考的过程,像层层剥笋一样,帮助我们教师们把实践中的困惑问题梳理清楚,让大家有更多的收获。

The process of teaching and research is a logical process of analysis and thinking, like peeling bamboo shoots layer by layer, to help our teachers sort out the confusion in practice and let everyone have more gains.
