教研促教学

为进一步引领老师们在探究教学的研究,更好的建设园本特色课程,促进教师专业化成长,提高教师的教育教学能力和幼儿园整体教学水平。今天,我园教研组组织开展了全园公开教研课活动。

Soong Ching Ling hosted open classes today in our continued effort to observe and learn from various teaching methods and styles, and provide our educators opportunities for professional development.

本次活动栗老师是围绕《小兔的连衣裙》绘本所展开了一节美术活动,孩子对于小动物都有一种与生俱来的喜爱,这一系列的变化对于中班的孩子来说觉得更有魔力。栗老师利用对于孩子感兴趣的一条主线,并且欣赏这本有趣的绘本,让孩子们猜想小兔穿着连衣裙还会到哪里去,引入到菜园,并进行相似色的蔬菜拓印画,感受图案美和色彩美,体验创作带来的乐趣和成功感,来看看孩子们的创作吧!

In this activity, Teacher Li held a fine art lesson with a focus on the picture book “Bunny's Dress.” The middle-grade children have a natural affection for small animals. Teacher Li chose the book wisely to ensure all children would be interested in the activity. The children visited the vegetable garden with the bunny, enjoying the illustrations and noticing the variances in pattern and color. Let's take a look at some examples of our student’s creativity!

课后,全园教师一起评析议课,肯定了老师的优点、课堂呈现出的亮点,教师共同探讨课堂教学中的热点和难点问题,处理教材的构思,交流彼此的教学经验。
学习,我们一直在行动!相信每周的教研活动,对开阔教师的视野、激励教师上进、发展教师的教学能力,有着极其重要的作用,能引导教师走教学能力、专业水平螺旋式上升的道路。 

After class, the teachers in the park held a meeting, affirming the merits of the teacher and the bright points presented in the class. The teachers discussed the difficult issues, the teaching materials, and exchanged ideas about the teaching experience.
