Soong Ching Ling International Kindergarten Changzhou held an open class this morning, April 3, in the field of English. The English teacher LuLu taught a lesson about animals. SCL hosts open classes each week to strengthen teacher’s methods and promote the exchange of experiences among teachers at the school. 

Kindergarten children are very interested in learning about animals — how they move and the sounds they make. LuLu designed a highly amusing class that piqued the children’s interest. The students learned a new word today "frog," and loved hopping around the classroom practicing the target vocabulary. LuLu utilized an engaging collection of games, songs, and videos in her English class, and the students had a lot of fun.

After the classes, the teachers held a meeting to discuss the objectives, key difficulties, and teaching procedures. The teacher humbly accepted the suggestions and all the English teachers discussed ways they could improve in the future.
