教师是开展教育的主导者,是幼儿园可持续发展的主动力,我园一直坚持园本培训,坚持教研促教学。今天,我园中班组两位老师展开了两堂精彩的美术教研活动!
Teachers are the leaders in education and the main driving force for the sustainable development of kindergartens. Our school makes sure to provide ongoing training for our teachers. Today, two teachers in the middle school group have started two wonderful art teaching and research activities!
韩老师根据区域活动中幼儿对缠毛线,绕毛线,理毛线兴趣浓厚,并且毛线质地柔软,色彩各样,孩子们在日常生活中接触得比较多。基于这样的认识,韩老师今天以毛线为艺术表现工具,用装饰插花花瓶为导入,以“点线组合、色彩搭配”的创作经验基础设计了此次以颜料和毛线相结合的活动主题,以多元形式进行艺术再加工,使创作活动源于生活却高于生活。为幼儿提供观察、探索的机会,让幼儿在美术活动中产生对色彩的浓厚兴趣,增强他们的审美情感。
Teacher Han has a keen interest in young children's entwined yarn works. The children find such products useful in daily life because of their soft texture and various colors. Based on this understanding, Teacher Han used wool as a tool of artistic expression and introduced a flower vase as the canvas. Based on the creative experience of "dotted line and color matching," Teacher Han designed the theme of the activity around color and wool. We are happy to teach diverse forms of art because we understand that creativity blossoms from many sources.
《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》中提出:教师引导幼儿一起发现美的事物的特征,感受和欣赏美,并且还要用多种方法去培养幼儿感受美表现美的情趣和能力。所以,卜老师今天设计了一堂关于白天鹅的美术活动,依据天鹅外形非常的优美,是非常具有观赏性的一种动物,它不仅有洁白的羽毛,红红扁扁的嘴巴,而且它还有一条长长的脖子。脖子既柔软又灵活,变化起来也非常生动有趣,能够吸引孩子的兴趣,孩子们喜欢看,同时也能激发幼儿想要去创作表现的愿望。

We must use a variety of methods to cultivate children's feelings and abilities to express beauty. So, Teacher Bu today designed an art activity about a white swan. The swan is a very beautiful animal. It not only has white feathers, red and flat mouth, but also a long, elegant neck. The neck is soft and flexible. It can attract children's interest. Children like to watch it, and it also stimulates the desire of young children to create performances.
活动结束后我园教师针对两节美术课进行集体评课,从教学内容、教学方法等各个方面作出点评和精心指导。每次活动是每一位教师锻炼自我,展示自我的舞台,通过听课、评课、自我反思、教学研讨的方式,促使大家相互学习、取长补短,有效促进了幼儿教师的教学积极性,使全体教师的教育教学水平得以提高。
After the activity, the teachers carried out collective class evaluation on the art classes, and made comments and careful guidance on the teaching contents and teaching methods. Each activity is a stage where each teacher exercises and displays himself. Through lectures, class assessments, self-reflection, and teaching seminars, everyone is encouraged to learn from each other. This effectively promotes the enthusiasm of preschool teachers and attributes to ongoing training.
