为了给新教师创造一个交流、合作、探究的教学平台,提升教师的教学水平,促进我园特色课程的发展,提高幼儿对知识探索的兴趣,今天我园开展了两堂精彩的教研活动。
In order to foster communication and collaboration for our teachers, SCL conducted two wonderful teaching and research activities this morning.
第一堂活动是赵老师的大班综合游戏《爷爷一定有办法》。赵老师通过绘本故事吸引幼儿的兴趣,利用剪刀和彩纸,引导幼儿大胆想象并尝试使用剪刀剪出所想物品,从毯子变外套、外套变背心、背心变领带,领带变纽扣的过程中,理解故事内容,感受爷爷的聪明才智!在活动中幼儿们通过自主操作,大胆尝试,让这节活动变得异彩纷呈。
The first activity was Teacher Zhao's comprehensive game titled, "Grandpa must have a way." Teacher Zhao engaged the interest of the children by using a story book about the wisdom of Grandpa. The children used scissors and colored paper to create clothing for grandpa in the story, which allowed them to use their imagination, promoting creativity and independence.
第二堂活动是张老师的中班音乐游戏《劳动狂想曲》。根据《纲要》中提出“在艺术活动中面向全体幼儿,要针对他们的不同特点和需要,让每个幼儿都得到美得熏陶和培养。”张老师根据中班幼儿的年龄特点,以情景导入,根据音乐的节奏变化进行游戏,让幼儿在游戏中感受劳动的快乐。
The second activity was the game titled "Rhapsody of Labor." This game allowed children to tune into their individual artistic strengths. They were able to practice acting, dancing, and playing while learning about the joy of labor.
教研中收获,反思中成长。在今天的教研活动中,两位新老师进行反思,其他老师各抒己见,围绕教材和幼儿行为基础分析、教学目标、教学过程等方面进行了探讨,对新教师在教学游戏中的策略和方法给予了宝贵的意见。通过教研活动,使新老师们不仅收获了进步,更促进了自身的专业成长,教学理念得到了锻炼与提高。
During the meeting after open lessons, two new teachers were able to witness and reflect on various teaching styles. They could analyze the children’s’ response to the lesson, and better cultivate their own teaching objectives. The teaching philosophy has been tempered and improved.
