Today in IK4A, Lily gave her English open class. She taught “My Classroom,” including things that children use in school, such as books, scissors, glue, pencils, and other school items. Lily’s lesson was fun and engaging for the whole class; the children loved to play and participate.

Lily’s fun and excitable demeanor allowed the children to have lots of fun learning new words and phrases. Lily’s students exhibited a high-level of English skill — they are able to recognize and speak many English sentences.

  In the English meeting, Lily gave an analysis of her class. All the English teachers agreed that they can learn from Lily’s teaching style — open classes are a great opportunity for teachers to learn from each other and better improve their own lessons, because education is always changing and evolving.
