《纲要》指出幼儿园要开展丰富的体育活动，培养儿童参加体育活动的兴趣，需要幼儿教师重视儿童身体锻炼，帮助儿童得到最基本的锻炼身体的技能和知识，还要在活动中培养儿童不怕困难，勇敢、坚强的意志和主动、合作、乐观的态度。

周三宋幼大班的两位老师给我们带来了两堂别开生面的体育活动。The kindergarten always organizes many sports activities that develop kids’ interest in joining sports activities. It’s necessary for kindergarten teachers to emphasize the importance of kids’ exercise and help them learn the basic skills and knowledge about how to exercise. What’s more, kindergarten teachers should cultivate kids’ will including braveness and toughness. They also ought to help kids develop initiative, cooperative and positive attitudes.Wensday, two kindergarten teachers from IK5 showed us two vivid and active lessons respectively.

《玩转桌子》Playing tables

大班的幼儿与同伴合作意识增强，他们也喜欢挑战性、竞赛性的游戏，本次活动就是基于这一特点，让幼儿在活动中能满足于与同伴合作、挑战游戏、挑战自我的情感需求。

In IK5B ，the teacher asked the children to climb tables and other obstacles。Each obstacle had its own unique way of how to complete it.

本次活动培养了幼儿克服困难的精神与同伴合作的意识、观察思考的能力，体验了玩转桌子带来的快乐，使幼儿在愉悦的游戏中产生对体育活动的热爱。

The children were interested and happy to try it out！

《两人三足》Two-Legged Race

两人三足作为传统、有趣的民间游戏，一直深受孩子们的喜爱。它要在两个人团结协作下才能完成，具有一定的挑战性。

In IK5A, the teacher had them work in pairs to complete an obstacle. It was a test of cooperation and patience for the children. They had to work as a team to get through the activities. 

本次体育活动，既锻炼幼儿的平衡及协调能力，又培养了幼儿的合作意识。

The children were quite excited to get through the course!

此次研讨活动，全体老师从目标的定位、内容的选择、教学方法的设计等方面，进行讨论研究。教研活动为教师的专业技能只是提供良好的平台，在观念的碰撞与交流中，能够及时梳理经验、归纳提升、达成新的共识，高效的地提升我园教研教学的有效性，促进了教师的专业成长。

Teachers Forum: Teacher forums give the opportunity to reflect, learn and grow. The two teachers who gave open classes today gave their feedback of their respective class. Other teachers gave their opinions and thoughts about the two classes today. These forums allow for a good atmosphere for learning and sharing ideas. A wonderful job as always by our teachers!
