公开课教学是为老师提供了一个展示的舞台，也是一次教学基本功的锻炼和检阅，为所有老师营造了一个相互学习、相互交流、不断探索、不断反思的良好互动氛围，并且实实在在获得了如何上好一节课的宝贵经验,今天上午，中班年级和小班年级的两位老师为我们进行了语言领域的教学活动。

Open classes provide opportunities for teachers to put their teaching on display. It is a chance to reflect on the principles of teaching under the observation of others. Open classes are meant to create an environment where all teachers can learn, communicate, and reflect.  This morning, two teachers in the middle and lower grades taught language lessons. The two teachers of the middle and small classes gave us a chance to see properly executed lessons.

中班孩子随着年龄增长，自我意识不断增强，交往的范围不断扩大，与同伴交往的愿望也越来越强烈；但也会与同伴发生矛盾冲突，缺少解决问题的办法。

羊老师开展本次语言活动《最奇妙的蛋》，让幼儿更加懂得学会用合适的交往判别方式，与同伴友好相处，发现他人长处，寻找各自闪光点，学习正确看待自己，对他人友善，不断提高社会生活的能力。

As the middle-class children grow up, their self-consciousness increases, their range of communication expands, and their desire to interact with their peers becomes more and more intense. But they also have conflicts with their peers and lack of experience and knowledge of solutions to problems.

The first lesson was carried Out by Teacher Yang. The children learned appropriate methods of communication, in order to get along with peers. They also learned about making judgments on one’s own behavior and the behavior of others. If children can find the positives and negatives of a problem and work them out, they will be able to deal with any social problem in a friendly manner.  

 小班幼儿有一定的认知能力，能认识一些简单的水果，徐老师设计的《水果宝宝去旅行》一课，朗朗上口、节奏感强的儿歌让孩子们非常感兴趣，积极性比较高，特别结合“开火车”的小游戏，让孩子们在游戏中学习儿歌、仿编儿歌、体验乐趣。

The children in the lower grades have basic knowledge, such as fruit.  Teacher Xu designed a lesson around a song about fruits. The catchy and rhythmic children's songs grab the attention of the children, and they are then eager to participate. The children learned to follow along in a game-like atmosphere of the song; and they had fun while doing so.

课后，全体教师进行了评课，大家各抒己见，总结公开课中的亮点和有待改善的地方，胡园长针对每一个细节做了详细的剖析，从目标制定、内容选择、教学程序、教师基本功等方面进行深入探讨，还对执教老师本次教学公开课中存在的不足给予建议，让每位教师都受益匪浅。

After class, the teachers evaluated the open classes of the day.  Teachers gave opinions and notes for improvement, so we can continue to grow as teachers. Director Hu discussed the importance of goal.
