幼儿园的食品安全，事关幼儿的健康成长，也最让家长关心，今天上午，常州市新北区市场监督管理局对我园食品卫生工作进行列项检查。

     检查组认真查阅了幼儿园食堂安全卫生管理制度、幼儿园安全预案、供货合同、采购索证、原材料采购验收台账及厨房人员健康证、食品留样和销毁记录、餐用具洗消记录等资料。现场还查看了原材料质量及食品贮存情况，逐一检查了食品库房、食堂粗加工间、清洗消毒间等区域的安全卫生情况。

The food safety of kindergartens affects the growth of young children, and is of importance for all parents. This morning, the Market Supervision Bureau of Xinbei District made a check on the food hygiene in our kindergarten.

The inspection group carefully reviewed such materials as the safety and health management system for kindergarten canteens, safety plans for kindergartens, supply contracts, procurement requisitions, materials purchase and acceptance accounts. They also reviewed the kitchen staff health certificates, food retention samples and destruction records, and the records on dishwashing of utensils. The group also checked the quality of raw materials and food storage, checked the food storeroom, cleaning and disinfection room, to inspect the health and safety conditions.

     检查中，领导们肯定了我园的食品卫生安全工作，通过询问幼儿园的细节性工作，又提出了具有指导性意见和建议，对领导们提出的建议和意见，我园领导高度重视，表示将继续严格按照食品卫生标准加强对食堂的监管，争取使幼儿园食品卫生监管工作整体水平更上一台阶。

     通过此次检查，有效促进了我园的食堂规范管理，确保幼儿的身体健康和生命安全，做个让孩子开心、家长放心的幼儿园。

During the inspection, the leaders affirmed the work of food hygiene and safety in our school and put forward some guiding opinions and suggestions by asking the details of the work within the kindergarten. We attach great importance to the suggestions made by the leaders, and we will continue to strengthen the supervision of the canteens strictly in accordance with food hygiene standards, and strive to make the food hygiene supervision work in kindergarten operate at a higher level.

Through this inspection we could effectively promote the standard management of the canteen in our school. Thus ensuring the health and safety of our young children, and providing  reassurance for parents.
