保教工作是幼儿园的首要任务,保教结合是幼儿园的工作原则,幼儿园管理中保教质量是第一位的,保教质量也是检验办园水平的标尺。 

        为了进一步提高保教质量，促进幼儿园规范办园、科学保教工作，确保幼儿园各项工作稳定扎实推进，2018年11月7日上午，新北区教育局保教督察组对我园进行幼儿保教管理水平专项督查。

        The primary task of a kindergarten is to provide education. This is the working principle within kindergartens. The quality of which can be accessed through management and inspections.

        We are always looking to further improve the quality of kindergarten education and promote the standardization of the kindergarten’s operation. On the morning of November 7, 2018, the Xinbei District Bureau of Education Quality Supervision Group of the Child Care Supervision branch carried out special inspection of the preschool education management in our school. 

       胡园长先后就推进我园多元特色发展，共建师幼精神家园，优化师资队伍建设、优化课程实施、提升保教质量，积极家园教育合力互动、提高管理效能，规范后勤管理，做好后勤保障，加强安全工作，树立安全意识及展望未来等方面向保教督导组作了细致详尽的汇报。

       Director Hu has promoted the multi-characteristic development of our park, built a home for teachers and children,  and optimized the construction of teaching staff and implementation of the curriculum. Active education connects the school and home in a logistical and standardized way. The detailed inspection looked at our management, efficiency, logistics, security, and safety.

        整个督查期间，督查组人员通过跟班观察幼儿的生活、学习、游戏环节，班级活动区环境创设，课程设置，查阅保教管理园本研训的台账资料，对教师与幼儿的访谈等方面入手,进行了幼儿园保教管理的全方位调研。

       保教督查组还听取了不同年龄段孩子不同科目的教学活动，并就教学活动各项策略给予老师们宝贵的意见。

       During the period of inspection, the staff of the inspection team observed the children's daily routines, study and games by observing classes. They were able to observe the classroom setups and implementation of the curriculum. They were able to delve further into the character of the kindergarten by surveying teachers and students. The group also listened to different subjects for children of different ages and gave valuable advice to teachers on teaching strategies.
