In order to further improve teacher’s professional development, our kindergarten has organized the new teacher’s post hiring assessment.
The examination includes four parts: post-reporting, presentation, on-the-spot teaching skills, and planning. The examination process allows for new teachers to display their teaching spirit, while showing their capability as teachers. Through this activity we can take a look at their teaching styles.
