In response to a call from the Education Bureau, the entire staff of Soong Ching Ling gathered in the multi-functional room this afternoon to study the ten guidelines for the professional conduct of kindergarten teachers in the new era.The Bureau of Education called on the Ministry of Education to conduct a comprehensive development of Physical Culture and Labor.
胡园长带领大家共同学习了准则的指导思想，警示所有教师：实行师德失范“一票否决”制度，以有力措施坚决查处师德违规行为。对于有虐待、猥亵、性骚扰等严重侵害学生行为的，一经查实，撤销其所获荣誉、称号，依法依规撤销教师资格、解除教师职务、清除出教师队伍，同时还要录入全国教师管理信息系统。
结合一些鲜活的事例，胡园长对十项准则进行了深入解读。从坚定政治方向、自觉爱国守法、传播优秀文化、潜心教书育人、关心爱护学生、加强安全防范、坚持言行雅正、秉持公平诚信、坚守廉洁自律、规范从教行为十个方面对全体教师提出了具体要求。号召全体教职工:传承做得好的地方，务必守好底线，不触碰红线、高压线。做学生的良师益友，做教书育人的好老师。

The standardization of behavior makes specific demands on all teachers. This is a call for all staff: To pass on good values and respect the boundaries that are set. 每位教职工都亲笔签名《拒绝有偿补课承诺书》《师风师德自查》，每位老师都严格要求自己，努力争做“四有好老师”“最美教师”。
此次学习会议，使全体教职工深刻领会到新时代背景下教师的行为准则，带动了教师队伍整体素质的提高，进一步增强了教师教书育人责任感。有利于形成良好的教风学风，促“正直、善良、聪明、能干”的精神风貌更加突出。
