“绳”彩飞扬 我有我精彩

跳绳作为一项基本运动技能,是学前儿童健康领域的内容之一,也是儿体能不可缺少的重要组成部分。跳绳不仅能使幼儿身体各部分的肌肉得到锻炼,骨骼得到快速生长,更需要四肢、手、脚、腕、肩有规律、有节奏地相互配含,从而促进孩子左半脑和右半脑的共同进步”培养孩子身体的平衡感、协调性、敏捷度、节奏、耐力和爆发力。

Rope skipping uses basic motor skills. It addresses the physical needs of children as well.Not only can jumping rope build muscle, but it promotes healthy bone growth. It is an activity that uses arms, hands, feet, wrists and shoulders; while also having to match with rhythm. It cultivates a child's sense of balance, coordination, agility, rhythm, and endurance. 

同时还可以在幼儿边跳边数的过程中让幼儿将所数的数与跳绳的次数建立起对应关系,把抽象的数字与实际事物联系起来,帮助幼儿初步理解数的实际含义形成数的概念。

It is also possible to link between numbers with skipping. Counting and keeping track of how many times we can skip helps us to develop our number sense. Linking abstract numbers with the real things helps the child to understand the concept of numbers in a preliminary way.

 快看!大班的哥哥姐姐们在练习跳绳啦!他们两人或三人一组,看一看谁跳的多;有的在做小老师,指导不会的小朋友做正确的姿势调整,掌握节奏感;还有的在面对面的PK,看谁坚持的时间长。

Look at the children practice their skipping! There are two or three to see who can jump a lot; Some are jumping with the teacher, and some receive guidance in order to get better at this skill.

 在跳绳过程中,我们不仅仅要关注结果,更要关注过程,幼儿的坚持性、意志力等都是我们可以关注的评价要点,在坚持时间上,我们可以从一分钟开始,采取倒计时的方式让幼儿体会到坚持也是一种胜利的良好精神。

When jumping rope, we need to focus not only on results but also on process; paying special attention to perseverance and willpower. Through this activity the children can practice and experience perseverance to reach their personal goals when it comes to skipping rope.
