公开课教学是为老师提供了一个展示的舞台，也是一次教学基本功的锻炼和检阅，为所有老师营造了一个相互学习、相互交流、不断探索、不断反思的良好互动氛围，并且实实在在获得了如何上好一节课的宝贵经验。 今日上午，我园托班组和小班组的两位老师开展了气氛活跃、生动有趣、寓教于乐的教学活动。

蕾蕾老师通过彩虹伞游戏，让幼儿自主探索一物多玩的乐趣，在挥动、抖动彩虹伞中锻炼臀部和腰部的肌肉，初步发展全身协调能力。

Through the game of Rainbow Parachute, Teacher Leigh let the children explore the pleasure of play. The children exercise their muscles and develop coordination by waving and shaking the rainbow parachute.

邹老师利用帮助兔妈妈拔萝卜的游戏情节来增加小朋友参加游戏的积极性和趣味性，并且设置了一条小河作障碍，通过这一环节锻炼幼儿两脚并拢向前跳的动作。

Teacher Zou did a game where the children should help their mother by pulling up radishes. With the set up, children were eager to participate and exercise through action.

 课后，全体教师进行了评课，大家各抒己见，总结公开课中的亮点和有待改善的地方，活动过程中，两名教师积极认真的准备和进行着公开课，并结合自身专业及教学风格，以《纲要》《指南》为指导，通过利用各种户外活动器械，创新出多种多样的玩法，把教育寓教于游戏中，以引导者、游戏者的身份参与活动，让幼儿在游戏中学习，学习中游戏。培养了幼儿的协作意识、规则意识和探究能力，让幼儿园体育游戏活动更具魅力。

After class, all the teachers made shared and expressed their opinions on the lessons given. The two teachers showed professionalism by preparing and conducting lessons actively and conscientiously. They are guided by the Learning standards in combination with their own professional and teaching styles. Using outdoor equipment helps us to set up a variety of games and scenarios for children to actively learn and participate in. Active games build sports skills and actions, as well as the ability to cooperate and inquire.
