The time has come upon us again to celebrate the festive and joyful holiday of Christmas. The holiday inspires happiness in all of us. With the Christmas trees lit and Santa on his way with gifts, we are looking forward to celebrating this holiday.

圣诞节是西方的重大节日，为了让孩子们了解一些西方文化，有关圣诞节风趣幽默的神话传说、美丽的圣诞树、漂亮的圣诞卡、慈祥可爱的圣诞老人和让人心动的礼物，这一切都让宋幼的孩子们无尽神往。

Christmas is a great way to teach children about Western culture. The children are fascinated and interested in learning about this holiday from the telling of Christmas stories, and imagery from Christmas trees, cards, Santa, and the culture of gift giving. 

最早以前是一对红色的大袜子，大小不拘。因为圣诞袜是要用来装礼物的，所以是小朋友最喜欢的东西，晚上他们会将自己的袜子挂在床边，等待第二天早上收礼。看看！我们IK4B小朋友缝的多认真，很快就把圣诞袜做好了。

In the beginning of this holiday, children hung large socks for gifts to be put into. In the evening, they hang their socks by the bed, waiting for a gift to appear in the morning. Our IK4B children worked hard to make their own Christmas stockings.

圣诞树，是指用灯烛和装饰品把枞树或洋松装点起来的常青树，作为是圣诞节重要的组成元素之一，小朋友动手制作的圣诞树美美哒，用各种彩色丝带、毛绒球装饰的色彩斑斓。

A Christmas tree is an evergreen or fir tree decorated with lights and ornaments. As one of the most recognizable decorations of Christmas, children made their own Christmas trees using ribbons, pom-poms, and other supplies.

圣诞驯鹿是圣诞老人的坐骑，每到圣诞节，圣诞老人就会驾驶驯鹿出来给小朋友们发礼物，特别是领头的那只鹿，有着红色的鼻子，格外可爱，IK4A班小朋友做的阿道夫驯鹿怎么样呢！

Christmas reindeer are important helpers for Santa. Every Christmas, Santa Claus and his reindeer fly off to deliver gifts. A special reindeer with a red nose inspired the children in IK4A!
