为了进一步加强幼儿园与家庭、教师与家长的密切联系，增进家长对幼儿园工作的了解和配合，3月1日下午，宋庆龄国际幼儿园常州园托小班组以班级为单位召开了本学期期初家长会。

会上，各班班主任首先详细介绍了本班开学至今的情况，通过拍摄的孩子在园活动照片或视频，让家长们直观地看到了孩子入园以来的一些变化。从开始的哭闹、情绪不稳定等，到如今孩子们基本适应了集体生活，而且渐渐喜欢上了幼儿园，喜欢老师和小朋友。家长们看到自己孩子在园的变化，感到非常的欣慰和放心，对老师们的工作也给予了肯定。

接着，班主任老师就本学期的工作重点、教学的内容以及各类活动的开展向家长们进行有效沟通，并向家长们提出后续需要配合班级工作的一些要求。最后针对本班幼儿特点及共性与家长们进行了互动与探讨。
