食品安全是社会热点,也是国人关注的焦点,特别是对于幼儿园食堂而言,由于服务的对象是幼儿,更要严把食品安全,让孩子们吃得安全、吃得放心。但食品安全不仅仅只有厨房专职人员懂得,更是要落实到全园每个人员,特此今日,宋庆龄国际幼儿园常州园所有人员聚集多功能厅一起接受食品安全专项培训。
此次培训园领导高度重视,提前将培训内容等学习材料做成PPT,供大家研读和学习,由保健老师常医生主持培训会。
首先,常医生从食品安全法律法规入手,让所有人员时刻谨记食品安全的重要性,随后,常医生传达上级文件精神,并将重点内容通读释义,结合案例分析让所有人员深切体会食品安全不可一丝马虎,人人有责,工作事关全体幼儿的生命与健康,我们应预防为先,防患于未然。
与此同时,我园将进一步完善食堂管理工作机制,切实抓好食品安全工作的贯彻落实,建立健全紧急反应机制,增强处理突发食品事件的能力,以科学有效的防范措施,高度的责任感,认真的工作态度,精细规范的操作,确保幼儿饮食安全、身心健康。
First of all, Dr. Chang started with food safety laws and regulations, so that all personnel should keep in mind the importance of food safety. Then, doctor Chang conveyed the core of government regulation, and read through the key content, combined with case analysis to let all personnel deeply understand the food safety foundation. Everyone is responsible, and since our work is about the life and health of all young children ,we should take precautions first and prevent problems before they happen. At the same time, our kindergarten will further improve the canteen protocol to implement the food safety, establish and improve the emergency response, enhance the ability to handle sudden food incidents, take scientific and effective preventive measures, and have a high sense of responsibility. Serious work attitude, fine and standardised operation will be applied to ensure children's safety, physical and mental health.
