《指南》中指出：幼儿的语言学习需要相应的社会经验支持，应通过多种活动扩展幼儿的生活经验，丰富语言内容，增强理解和表达能力。

 今日上午，我们托班组的符丹老师和大班组的栗老师分别给我们呈现了两种不同风格的语言活动。

 In the standards it states, “language learning of young children needs corresponding social experience to support it”. Experiences of young children should be expanded through enrichment of language, understanding, and expression.
This morning, Teacher Fu Dan and Teacher Li of our presented two different language activities. The children of The youngest classes are developing a sense of self alongside communication. 

托班下学期的孩子，他们的自我意识正逐步形成，他们的交往范围也发生着变化，符老师发现班里的一些孩子渴望与同伴交往，但又缺乏交往的方法，他们不知道如何用友好、礼貌的语言跟朋友沟通，往往会显得有些霸道。因此，符老师在设计《长长的朋友》活动过程时，始终紧扣主题的这条线，让孩子们在整个活动中体验着用客气、礼貌的态度对待朋友，如：当朋友来到你家时，可以说：“欢迎，欢迎！”、“请进，请进！”并热情地招待朋友；当朋友之间打招呼时可以说“你好，你好！”；还要经常对朋友说声“谢谢！”等，让孩子们在过生日的情境中，感受到迎接朋友、招待朋友以及和朋友在一起的快乐，从而帮助幼儿逐步形成和谐的伙伴关系。

Teacher Fu found that some children in the class are eager to socialize with their peers, but lack communication methods. They don't know how to communicate with their friends in a friendly and polite way. Therefore, Teacher Fu kept to the theme of making friends and let the children express a polite and courteous attitude toward their friends through welcoming a friend in your home. When greeting friends we can say “Hello!”, “Welcome!”, “Come in!”, and “Thank you!”.  

作为毕业班，大班的孩子经过几年的共同生活、学习，同伴之间产生了一定感情，但他们对朋友的理解还建立在一起玩耍的概念上，缺少些关爱的情感，于是栗老师利用绘本讲述故事中的友情和关爱能触动孩子的心灵，开展了此次活动，并将班级内的一些真实案例加以收集一一展现在孩子们面前，升华情感，进一步回归主题。

The children tied this in a mock birthday gathering, where they could build their friendship and friendly attitude together. As for the senior class, after years of working  studying together the children have developed relationships among their peers, but their understanding of friends is still based on the concept of playing together rather than deep emotions. Teacher Li used a picture book to tell the story of the friendship and how love can touch a child's heart. They used class stories and situations to further discuss our connection to emotions. 

活动中，老师们相互学习、相互切磋，在反思的过程中主动分享自己的经验，积极探讨多形式、多途径的语言教学活动，提高老师们在语言领域的水平。

Through these activities, teachers learn from each other. In the process of collaboration, Teacher can find and discuss ways to continue personal skills and improving language development.
