反恐防暴 保护自我——安全教育向前冲

为了开展2019年全民国家安全教育日的活动,我园全体紧紧围绕上级领导要求迅速落实,开展各种类型的主题教育活动,完成安全教育平台安全作业,同时也为了加强教职员工面对突发恐怖事件的防范意识,提高教职工面对恐怖事件的合理处理、自护自救及保护幼儿有效逃生避险的能力,最大限度的减少因突发恐怖事件对师生造成的人员伤害,确保宋幼内部的教职工和幼儿的人身安全。今日上午,宋庆龄国际幼儿园常州园进行了“防暴反恐演习”活动,活动开始前丁老师与凌老师对各班班主任及生活老师进行了演练动员大会,提醒注意事项,并让每个班级在活动前进行“坏人来了,怎么办”的安全教育活动,帮助幼儿积累相关的知识经验。

 In celebration of National Safety Education Day, Soong Ching Ling carried out various activities following the theme of safety. To consummate our safety education for both students and staff, we carried out activities to improve training and knowledge of what to do in the case of a sudden attack. These activities are to help students and teachers know how to react to incidents and minimize injuries. Changzhou Park conducted a practice drill of what to do if there is a sudden attack outside of the school. The activity started with Miss Ding and Miss Ling conducting a training for class teachers, so teachers can inform children of safety procedures and help the children understand what we can do to protect ourselves.

演练过程由一名男士扮演“歹徒”,手拿假刀具凶神恶煞地闯进幼儿园,顿时,园内警报声大作,听到警报后,各班教师迅速按防恐防暴紧急预案的疏散线路带领幼儿来到最近的教室躲避,全体人员迅速关紧教室门窗,防止“歹徒”闯入班级伤害幼儿。

随后,幼儿园应急小队紧急行动,保安们手持棍棒、钢叉等器械,将“歹徒”围住,与“歹徒”交涉、周旋,设法牵制“歹徒”,竭力保护幼儿安全。在“歹徒”想要趁机逃跑时,小队人员合力迅速将“歹徒”制服。

“歹徒”被制服后,胡园长携同幼儿园领导小组一起巡视各班应急躲避情况,只见各班门窗紧闭,玻璃门后还都架上了木棍,让歹徒在短时间内无法破门而入,同时,在巡视组进入班级后,幼儿依然能保持稳定情绪,鸦雀无声的躲在各个隐蔽的角落里,得到了胡园长等人的一致好评。

During the drill, a man played the role of "gangster" and stormed into the kindergarten with fake knives. The alarm goes off and upon hearing the alarm, teachers quickly followed the emergency plan and route, leading the children to the nearest classroom for shelter. All the staff quickly closed the doors and windows of the classroom to prevent the "gangsters" from breaking into the class and harming the children.

Subsequently, the kindergarten‘s security team surrounded the "gangster"  to control the “gangster" and  protect the children. When the gangster tried to escape, the team worked together to overpower the gangster quickly.

After the "gangster" was subdued, Director Hu, with the Kindergarten Leaders, checked all the classes. All the doors and windows were closed and blocked to prevent any break-ins. The children hid in various places in the classrooms to further protect themselves. After checking that the classrooms were safe, the children could come out safely.

演习结束后,全体教师和幼儿在操场集合,清点人数,由主持人蕾蕾老师对幼儿进行反恐防爆知识与技能教育,并对幼儿进行心理疏导,同时又组织教职员工进行分析总结,针对歹徒有可能出现的动作行为进行分析,讨论如何以最快、最好的方法来阻击,并与“歹徒”现场再现作案过程。

通过此次活动,提高了门卫的安保能力,使孩子们学到了在突发事件中听从老师指挥,增强自救意识,有效保护自己,并增强了教师们的防暴意识与处理突发事件的应变能力,检验了幼儿园安全防范工作的实效性,进一步确保了园所环境的和谐稳定,为幼儿园保教工作营造出安全的育人环境!

After the exercise, all teachers and children gathered on the playground to account for the number of children. Teacher Layla also asked children to share their knowledge of what to do to protect ourselves and how we can do it. Afterwards, the staff discussed their action plans and the most efficient methods for responding to an incident like this.

Through this activity, the security team could improve their skills and children could practice what procedure they should follow in the case of an outside attack. It also enhances teachers’ awareness and ability to deal with emergencies. Ensuring a safe and stable environment for the kindergarten.
