《指南》中指出在艺术活动中，要为幼儿营造安全的心理氛围，让幼儿敢于并乐于表达表现。

   大班幼儿对跳绳比较熟悉，变换方式让幼儿在音乐中感知节奏，在幼儿已有的知识经验上去发展，让幼儿主动探索尝试，感受游戏的乐趣与音乐的韵律美。

   今日上午，IK5A班的高老师给我们带来了一场别开生面的音乐活动。

 In the standards, it is stated that in artistic activities a safe psychological climate should be created for young children so that they can be brave and willing to express themselves.
Children in older classes are familiar with skipping rope and have some existing knowledge of rhythm in music. The children can explore a blend of activities with music.
This morning, IK5A Teacher Gao taught a new music activity. 

 高老师在活动中通过游戏，让幼儿理解和掌握跳花绳的动作要领，并且学会和同伴相互配合按音乐节奏进行音游活动，另外还充分发挥幼儿自主创新能力,使幼儿懂得一根跳绳能有多种玩法,学会在活动中思考,在玩中锻炼。

  In the activity, the children could master their jump rope movements through a game. The children worked together to actively think and move according to the music. Combining learning, exercise, and play.

观摩听课之后老师们一起对高老师的教学活动进行了研讨，在为幼儿创设公平竞争的氛围同时应注意留给幼儿一定的自主活动天地,让幼儿在学习和观察思考中得到启示,得到锻炼，同时让幼儿自主的自由组合,有效的激发团队精神、合作精神,有益于各层次幼儿得到提高。使幼儿在参与活动中得到成功感,在获胜后的获得开心与自豪。

以此次活动为契机，打开了老师们的话匣子，开拓了思路，为以后自己的教学活动进行铺垫，同时也为高老师自身发展积累的一定经验，公开教学活动实实在在地为老师们搭建了一个展示自我、提高自我的舞台。
