Today English teachers held a meeting to assess the English learning of students from the month of April. IK5 shared games and materials used to teach characters and stories like The Gingerbread Man for the IEYC unit “Once Upon A Time”.

IK3 and IK2 both shared a variety of activities and tools to teach children about things in space like astronauts and stars. This follows the IEYC unit “Blast Off”. IK4 English teachers followed the unit “Going Places.” They shared how they taught about transportation and parts of nature, as well as where you can find those things. Through meetings like this we can share ideas and reflect on our teaching from the past month.
