玩沙是小朋友的天性，因此在玩的过程中，孩子们的积极性特别的高。

看看沙池区的大家三个一群、两个一伙地拿着玩沙工具津津有味地通过各自的想象，进行着各种建构和构想，运用手中的工具，创造出一个又一个稀奇古怪而又独一无二的东西；有的像个小画家，画出极富想象力的画；有的像蛋糕师，做出了美味可口的蛋糕……将水倒入沙池，湿的沙具有较强可塑性，他们有的像个小小建筑师，挖掘隧道、建高楼、筑围墙。

太空沙，一种现代化的教玩具，不需要加水就能直接塑形，我们先把沙子揉一揉，柔软了就能捏成好多的东西，比如飞机、各种的小鱼、还有搭金字塔等，我们很厉害的吧！

当沙子与颜料相遇，变身成五颜六色，我们可以做成美丽的沙画；当沙子与厌水膜相遇变成神奇的不湿沙，我们探索发现真有趣。

Play sand is a natural play material that children enjoy very much.

In the sandbox the children can use sand toys to play and imagine. They can construct an assortment of different things. They can draw pictures in the sand, or imagine they are a baker making cakes. When water is poured onto the sand, the wet sand becomes more malleable. The children can then make structures like buildings, fences, and walls.
Moon sand, a modern teaching toy, can be shaped without adding water. We can pack the sand into molds and remove them to reveal planes, fish, or pyramids.
When the sand and color meet, we can make beautiful sand paintings. The sand becomes wet and we can create interesting pieces.

 幼儿对玩沙有着浓厚的兴趣，每次在沙池里玩起来总是乐此不疲。整个活动中幼儿始终处于主动学习的状态，他们互相合作，互相交流，在堆沙、挖道、筑墙中体验沙的松软、了解沙的可塑性。在游戏中，幼儿的兴趣得到了满足，天性自由表露，积极性、主动性、创造性充分发挥。

Children have a strong interest in playing with sand, and they always enjoy playing in the sandbox. The children cooperate with each other and communicate with each other when they play with sand. They also experience the different states of sand in the process of building and digging. Through play the children learn to  express themselves and be creative.
