每学期都会有许多学前教学专业的见习生来到宋庆龄国际幼儿园常州园，她们在这里，忙碌而愉快地渡过了他们的见习生活。

每一天，见习生们都在感受幼儿园老师们工作的繁琐与辛苦，看着她们在忙碌中感悟"教中有保，保中有教"。

Every semester, many university students come to Soong Ching Ling International Kindergarten, where they are busy and happy to spend their internship. 

Every day the interns can empathize with the the kindergarten teachers hard work.

见习生们认真观摩班级教师开展一日活动，学习制定教学活动计划，向班主任要求机会“实战演练”，寻找自己的不足，探索组织幼儿活动的方法，积累教学经验。

这些见习生们积极参与听课活动、主题活动等，学习班级教师组织教学活动的方法，在主题活动中锻炼自己，促进自我成长。

The interns carefully observe the class teachers carrying out daily activities. They study the planning of teaching activities, and ask the headteachers for the opportunity to "practice", and find where they can improve and learn how to organize early childhood activities, while gaining teaching experience.

The interns actively participate in listening activities, curriculum theme activities, and more. They learn the methods for organizing teaching activities and train themselves on the curriculum based activities in order to grow.
