幼儿园的点滴成功都离不开后勤人员的辛勤汗水，同时后勤工作的发展需要不断地交流学习，总结反思，这样才能更快更好地提高后勤队伍的综合素质。6月11日下午，宋庆龄国际幼儿园常州园举行后勤人员工作总结会议，让后勤人员在轻松愉快的氛围中交流总结，提高彼此。

The successful operation of the kindergarten can not be separated from the hard work, communication, and reflection done by the logistics staff. On June 11, Soong Ching Ling International Kindergarten‘s logistics staff held a summary meeting in order to assess the past term and keep the line of communication open.

 首先，常医生和凌老师分别回顾了本学期幼儿园后勤条线的各项工作，感谢后勤人员的无私付出， 大家畅所欲言，谈自己在工作过程中的措施、体会、感触，总结了一学期以来个人保育工作、食堂工作的感悟、安全卫生培训的收获，以及业务知识学习的感受和体会。

 后勤人员认真聆听他人的小结和经验之谈，反思自身的不足，大家在交流中相互学习、分享，也在讨论、分析、学习、反思的过程中，找到了今后努力的方向，达到共同提高的效果。

Dr. Chang and Ms. Ling reviewed the work of the logistics staff in the kindergarten this term and thanked the support staff for their efforts. They spoke freely of standards related to their line of work. This included health and safety, as well as trainings from the past term.

全体后勤人员表示，在接下来的工作中，将会以高标准严要求，以更加饱满的热情、奋发的精神，团结一致，将幼儿园的后勤工作推向一个新的台阶，全心全意为幼儿服务。

In the process of communication, we should learn from each other and share with each other. All logistics personnel indicated that in the next term, they would work to the highest standards in order to run a kindergarten at the highest quality.
