时光匆匆，时间在不经意间又悄悄溜走，转眼间，一个学期的时间已经悄然而逝。

 学期总结对于每位教师而言，是每年搞好教育教学工作的必需，从始至末的反思，认真的总结好过去一学期工作得失，对提高教师今后的工作能力和工作质量具有非常重要的意义。今天宋庆龄国际幼儿园开展了教师工作经验交流会。

 Time moves quickly and in a blink of an eye the end of the semester is coming to a close. 
A term summary is necessary for every teacher to reflect on teaching and learning every year. The summary of the past term is very significant. It helps us to understand the quality of teacher’s work and from the beginning of the term to the end. Today, Soong Ching Ling  International Kindergarten held a teacher work experience meeting. 

在总结中大家纷纷表示要取长补短，在指南、纲要、办园理念基础上认真反思、总结，争取再上一个新台阶，积极做好宋幼集体中的一员，全体教职工凝结在一起，发挥最强的团队力量。

In the meeting it was expressed that we should take advantage of each other's strengths and make up for each other's shortcomings. Based on the curriculum and goals, we reflect and strive to work together as a school to give the best of ourselves to the students.
