食品安全问题一直是我们生活中最关注的重要问题，而幼儿园的食品安全问题更是重中之重，全力保障幼儿园的食品安全，一直是我们的追求。

2019年9月9日，我园迎来了新北区市场监督管理局检查。
检查组实地查看了幼儿园的食堂环境、硬件设施和卫生情况进行了详细的检查；查看了食堂卫生许可证、工作人员健康证、师生食谱、保质期、48小时的食品留样等。
On September 9, 2019, our park ushered in a surprise inspection by the Shunqing District Market Supervision Administration.
The inspection team conducted a detailed inspection of the canteen environment, hardware facilities and sanitary conditions in the kindergarten; reviewed the canteen hygiene permit, staff health certificate, teacher-student recipes, shelf life, and 48-hour food sample.
检查组通过查阅台账资料、现场检查等方式对食堂食品安全管理制度、原材料采购验收台账、食品留样记录、餐具清洗消毒记录、对食堂在日常管理、食品卫生安全意识和幼儿园领导高度重视幼儿食堂工作给予了肯定。
The team inspected archives materials, the food safety management system of the canteen, the raw materials purchase acceptance check, the food sample record, the tableware cleaning and disinfection record, the daily management of the canteen, the food hygiene safety awareness and the kindergarten leadership.
学校食堂卫生工作，是我园重点管理工作之一，在今后的工作中我园将继续严格按照相关部门的要求，认真做好食品安全管理工作，为幼儿健康成长护航，创建和谐平安校园。
The health control of the school canteen is one of the key management tasks of our kindergarten. In the future work, our kindergarten will continue to strictly follow the requirements of relevant departments, conscientiously do a good job in food safety management, escort the healthy growth of young children, and create a harmonious and safe campus.
