教研工作是幼儿园立园之本，兴园之策，强园之路。为进一步引领老师们对教学的深入研究，促进教师专业化成长，给教师创造一个相互交流、合作、探究的教研平台。今天我园正式开启了新学期的教研工作，在“每周一总结，每周一实践”的模式下，针对教师在教育教学过程中存在的问题，解决教师的困惑与疑虑，充分发挥教研指导的引领作用，促进教师专业化的学习与成长。

Teaching and research work is the foundation of the kindergarten, the policy of the garden, and the way to make it better.  In order to further guide teachers to in-depth study of teaching, promote the professional growth of teachers, and create a teaching and research platform for teachers to communicate, cooperate and explore.  Today, the teaching and research work of the new semester is officially opened. Under the mode of “Weekly summary, practice every Monday”, we will solve the teachers' confusion and doubts in the process of education and teaching, and give full play to the leading role of teaching and research guidance.  We will promote the professional learning and growth of teachers.

在活动中，赵老师将孩子对于数学概念的认知融入进有趣的游戏中，通过帮助螃蟹和小乌龟找路线等游戏中让幼儿感受路线与远近的关系，逐步培养幼儿的思维能力，一起与同伴感知数学的快乐，体验思维的碰撞。

In the activity, teacher Zhao integrated the children's cognition of mathematical concepts into interesting games. By helping the crabs and small turtles find routes and other games, let the children feel the relationship between the route and the distance, and gradually cultivate the thinking ability of the children, together with adults perceive the joy of mathematics and experience the collision of thinking.

李老师的活动来源于幼儿的生活游戏中，在一次游戏中，李老师发现两名幼儿在为自己测量的数值起了争执，大家都认为自己是对的。所以李老师借机与孩子们一起进行探讨，使幼儿对于测量有个正确的认识，以及加深大班孩子对于测量方法和记录的认识。李老师通过各个民族居住地不一样，用回形针的方式首尾相接不留缝隙的进行测量两地距离，让幼儿在生活中、活动中发现数学、发展数学。

Teacher Li's activities come from the children's life game. In another game, Teacher Li found that the two children were arguing over the values they measured. Everyone thought they were right.  Therefore, Teacher Li took the opportunity to discuss with the children, so that the children could have a correct understanding of the measurement, and deepen the understanding of the large class children on the measurement methods and records.  Through the different residences of various ethnic groups, Teacher Li used the paper clips to measure the distance between the two places without gaps, so that children could find mathematics and develop mathematic skills in life and activities.

This teaching and research activity fully mobilized the teachers' passion and enthusiasm for the new semester.  In the colorful school season all the teachers of our kindergarten are teaching and researching first, reserve professional strength, and move toward a more professional and progressive way.
