2019年9月19日下午，我园特邀第一人民医院儿科主任王永清教授来园，为家长们举办了一场以《学龄前儿童健康养育》为主题的儿童保健专题讲座。

In the afternoon of September 19, 2019, Professor Wang Yongqing, the director of the Pediatrics of the First People's Hospital, invited the kindergarten stuff to a special lecture about children's health with the theme of "Preschool Children's Health Care". 

本次专题讲座包含丰富的内容：学龄前期及特点、如何增加孩子的抵抗力、孩子食物的搭配、食物量的摄入与搭配、食物营养元素的搭配以及秋季传染病预防等等，同时王永清教授还根据家长的回应与提问结合本次主题，向家长们逐一做出详尽解答，将科普知识与专业技能相结合，以严谨又生动的方式，向家长们传播健康育儿知识。

This special lecture was about the following content: preschool age and characteristics, how to increase the child's resistance, children's food mix, food intake and collocation, children's food range, food nutrition elements, etc. According to the parents' responses and questions combined with this theme, parents gave detailed answers one by one, combined scientific knowledge with professional skills, and disseminated healthy parenting knowledge in a rigorous and vivid way.

2小时多的专题讲座，相信我们家长朋友们都受益匪浅，不仅获得了营养膳食和科学育儿的知识，同时又一次促进了幼儿园家园互动合作；我们一定把今天的知识记心里，带回去，早行动，在幼儿园和家庭的教育与生活中，让孩子们在健康的路上快乐前行。

After nearly 2 hours of special lectures our parents and friends have benefited a lot. Not only they have gained the knowledge of nutritional diet and scientific parenting, but also promoted the interactive cooperation of kindergarten homes. We must bring back today's knowledge and mind.  Act early, let the children walk on the healthy way in the education and life of the kindergarten and family.
