投放出亮点,对话“我”交流——宋幼区域创设评比活动

区域活动是幼儿园教育的重要组成部分,是孩子们游戏、学习不可缺少的活动。为了进一步完善提高各区域的教育价值,提升教师的环境创设能力,让环境与幼儿对话、与家长对话,发挥环境“第三位教师”的作用,让幼儿在与环境互动中得到真正的成长,我园于2019年9月29日举办了班级环境区域创设评比活动。

Regional activities are an important part of kindergarten education and an indispensable activity for children to play and learn.  In order to further improve the educational value of each region, enhance the environment creation ability of teachers, let the environment dialogue with children and their parents, and play the role of the "third teacher", so that children can truly grow in interaction with the environment.  On September 29, 2019, our kindergarten held a competition for the creation of class environment areas.

幼儿园成立评比小组,在我园领导以及姊妹园的园领导与教师的带领下,采用“参观讲解”的方式进行评比,各班老师带着欣赏与学习的心态走进每个班级,对各班区域环境、区域规划与设置、材料投放、主题墙面、班级吊饰、教师现场解说等进行了观摩和评比。

In the appraisal, the kindergarten set up a comparison team and used the “visiting and explaining” method to evaluate. Under the leadership of our kindergarten administration, the teachers of each class walked into each classroom with a mentality of appreciation and learning.  Classes, observation and evaluation of the environment, regional planning and setting of each class, material placement, theme wall, class hangings, teacher on-site commentary, etc.

提问1:小厨房的扮演角色目标是什么?让孩子体验家人的感觉。

开学到现在共读的绘本是什么?为什么?读的最多的是《叶子先生》,主要从图案、颜色、以及和当下主题有关,也是孩子比较感兴趣的。

阐述叠衣服的事情是从十月份开始?图片上的材料随着孩子的能力是否会替换?天气再冷点,需要替换什么样的衣服?这个区域由于孩子刚入园,我主要从社会交往和生活相关联,材料会随着孩子能力提升而更换......

荆老师,建构区的区域规则是孩子们讨论出来的,那是否将图画形式改成图片形式而能够让幼儿更直观的理解建构区的规则呢?是的,例如图画形式的爱护玩具换成幼儿图片形式的确实更为简单直观,我会把规则改成图片形式。


每个班老师根据本班幼儿发展水平、年龄特点以及兴趣,进行精心设计每一个区域材料盒、巧妙布局区域空间,把握区域材料的投放原则,充分体现材料的操作性、多功能性、个体差异性等,为幼儿创设出了一个个富有童趣、寓教于乐的优质区角。

 Each class carefully designed a material box according to the child's development level, age characteristics and interests. Each class skillfully laid out the classroom space, grasping the principle of material placement, fully reflecting the operability, versatility and individual differences of the materials.  In addition, a high-quality corner was created for children's entertainment. 

本次评比活动是一次老师们相互交流、相互分享的学习过程,借此促进区域活动更好的开展,让环境真正的还给孩子,服务于孩子。在今后的工作中,我园会坚持致力于为孩子提供更加丰富的区域环境,让孩子们在游戏中尽情地操作、想象与创造,全面发展幼儿各方面的能力。

This evaluation activity is a learning process in which teachers exchange and share with each other, thereby promoting the better development of activities and letting the environment entertain children.  In the future work, our kindergarten will insist on providing children with a richer local environment, allowing children to operate, imagine and create in the game, and comprehensively develop all aspects of their abilities.
