为更好的创设幼儿区域环境,解决区域环境创设中遇到的问题,以及有效解决教研活动中遇到的困难,提高教研活动开展的高效性。10月8日,我园全体教师展开了一场区域创设交流分享教研活动。
On October 8, the teachers of our kindergarten launched a regional exchange programe. Thus sharing our teaching and research activities with others.
借助一周前的区域创设评比活动,教师介绍区域创设环境布置、材料投放、内容选择,让园所其他教师有所学、有所得,并且可以举一反三、触类旁通。通过这次参与式反馈分享活动,也促进我园教师在区域创设中的提炼和思考。
Through this participation we have exceeded our expectation on the feedback we received as well as good remarks on our activities. Teachers will be encouraged to refine and reflect in the regional programe.
本次交流分享活动中,两位教研组长带领全体教师围绕“区域创设的意义”来展开交流,每位教师同时也分享了自己通过本次区域创设前后的对比感受,总结自己的收获并进行交流分享,引发教师对区域活动的进一步思考,梳理实践经验,为下一步区域创设提供支持和帮助。
During this exchange the two heads of the faculty led all teachers on the topic created by the region. Teachers actively exchange and discuss after sharing our findings and information.
老们积极交流与讨论分享后,最后,由张园长和我园胡园长对本次交流教研会进行了总结,并提出了相关的建议,鼓励老师们学会从“问题”出发,再深入进行研究、讨论、改善及成长。
Director Zhang and Director Hu summarized the exchange. Some suggestions are put forward to encourage teachers to study, discuss, improve and grow from problems in depth.
