为了更好地促进教育实践的创新,提升我园教师的教学教研能力,近日,我园开展了“同课异构”教学研讨活动。
To promote the innovation of educational practice and enhance the teaching and research ability of our teachers, the teaching seminar of the same class has been carried out recently in our park.
两节课堂展示后,刘老师和张老师分别从自己活动的选材、设计意图、活动过程、效果等方面进行了反思。接着,参与活动的老师们进行了积极的研讨和评析,大家各抒己见,在发现亮点的同时大胆地提出自己的看法和意见。听课教师分别对执教老师的活动从目标、材料、幼儿操作等方面进行了点评。教研使老师们深刻认识到:设计数学活动应以生活化、游戏化为原则,通过适宜的材料、有趣的情境、充分的操作、自由的交流来实现教学目标。在关注数学内容的同时,还应该关注孩子学习中过程性能力的培养,关注孩子的学习品质。
After two lectures, Liu and Zhang respectively reflect on their own activities in terms of material selection, design intention, process and effect etc. The participating teachers conducted active research and evaluation meeting. Everyone expressed their views and found a bright spot at the same time by boldly putting forward their views and opinions. The teachers who attend the lectures comment on their activities from goal, material and children operation. While focusing on mathematics content, we should also pay attention to the cultivation of the process and ability in children learning and the learning quality of children.
通过“同课异构”的教学尝试,让大家深切地感受到在“同课异构”的很多有关“同”的要求下凸现出的多元各“异”的教学魅力,以此更快地提升自己教学水平,更好地为幼儿的发展服务,实现共同的追求。
